Shipping Time: All items are shipped within 1 business day after payment clearance. Indicative shipping times expressed in business days are as follows: 7-11 days for US & Canada, 5-8 days for Europe and 7-11 days for Australia & Russia.

Large Orders: We offer several discount plans for bulk-orders which include various discount levels and free-shipping options.

Alternative Payment Methods: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay through Bank Transfer. In that case, we will send you specific Bank account information. Of course, local customers can pay for their item upon pickup.

Shipping and Handling Rates: Our shipping & handling rates include the Postal Services charges, and also the cost for packaging and care required to deliver your item in a safe and secure manner, as quickly as possible. In addition, all our shipments are INSURED. In this way, you can be sure that in case your item is lost or damaged by the Postal Services, you will be absolutely reimbursed.

Returns: We have taken great effort to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible, in order to ensure that customers always order the correct item. Moreover, our listed pictures show the actual products, i.e. they are not stock photographs as it happens with many online stores. In addition, every product is thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped, so as to ensure that customers receive non-defective items. However, if you need to return the item, please note the following:

  • Customer changed their mind: Item should be returned intact within 45 days after the shipment date. In that case we refund the cost of the product.

  • Defective item before usage: In case you notice any defect on the item, please contact us before using it, or try to fit it. We either refund your payment, or send you a replacement item. We may also need the item back so as to inform the factory accordingly. In that case the item should be returned intact, while we will, of course, cover the return shipping cost.

  • Defective item after usage:We definitely stand behind our products. So, if you have any problem after using an item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
